Is Home part of the Department of Defense or my unit?
No. Home is a private support service built around typical military processes and regulations, but we are not part of the DoD and do not report to your chain-of-command. You control what you share, and with whom.
Can you submit my leave for me?
We don’t submit official leave in your personnel systems. Instead, we help you prepare a complete, clear, regulation-aligned packet or outline so you can confidently submit through your unit’s approved process.
How do you protect my privacy?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We compartmentalize personal details so your planning documents focus on what leadership needs to approve leave, not the private reasons behind it.
Does this work for Guard, Reserve, and deployments?
Yes. We support active-duty, Guard, and Reserve members, CONUS and OCONUS. In your intake we ask about your specific status and deployment rhythm so your plan reflects your reality.
